Ordering food

At participating businesses: look at the menu, put an order together and send it.

You reach a menu through the business itself — there is not yet a single overview of every participating business.

Staying safe

Three habits that make the difference.

  • Keep the conversation in Finden24 messages while you do not yet know the other person.
  • Only share personal details once the purchase or the job genuinely needs them.
  • E-mail addresses and links are not allowed in the text of a listing. Anyone trying to move you off the platform before anything has been agreed is worth a second look.
  • An eligible listing, a public professional profile or a public business page can be reported after signing in, using the “Melden” control on that page. Our team reviews every report.

Common questions

How do I publish a listing?

Sign in and choose the plus sign in the middle of the bottom bar. You pick a category, describe the item, upload photographs and publish.

Why is my listing not visible yet?

New listings start as “under review” and are looked at before they go live. You will find them under “My listings” in the meantime.

Why can I not put my e-mail address in the text?

E-mail addresses and links are not allowed in free text. Your contact details belong in the fields made for them — that is also where you control what is shown publicly.

How do I reach somebody who published a listing?

Through the listing itself. The conversation then runs in Finden24 messages, which you will find under “Messages” in your account.

How do I find a tradesperson?

Through “Find a tradesperson” you describe your job, and suitable businesses can come back to you. You can also open one company profile and ask that business directly.

What is the job assistant?

It walks you, as a customer, through describing a job step by step — place, timing, scope — so that businesses know what is being asked.

What is a direct enquiry?

An enquiry to exactly one business, sent from its listing or profile. The job assistant, by contrast, reaches several suitable businesses.

Why can I not create a job with my tradesperson profile?

The job assistant is the customer side of the platform. With a tradesperson profile this function is currently not available; you will see a notice there instead.

Which kinds of auction are there?

Three, and they work differently: the product auction for an item, the construction auction for a service, and the super auction as a separate, reviewed format.

How do I share a listing?

Use “Share” on the listing. Only the title and the link are sent. If your device has no share menu, the link is copied to the clipboard. Where you paste it afterwards is not something Finden24 learns.

Why can I not order everywhere?

Ordering is possible at participating businesses. Whether they deliver depends on the postcodes that business has given; a minimum order value and a delivery fee may apply.

How do I change my profile?

Under “Settings” you change your details and decide which of them are visible publicly.
